I wanted to thank you again for our appointment yesterday. I was already feeling better when I left your office. My back still feels better today. I really appreciated your taking so much time with me and explaining so much of what you were doing/what's happening with my back, etc. I have never had such a great experience with a practitioner as i did with you yesterday.
I truly look forward to working with you more in the future and to our appointment on Monday.
Also, please send my thanks to your office manager, she was absolutely wonderful to work with and clearly understood I was in a lot of pain. She called me back very quickly and found me the earliest appointment possible with you. She was so kind and compassionate over the phone.
Stay safe, be well,

I wanted to write to let everyone know that if you are on the fence about having SpectraCell blood work done by Dr Wray, DO NOT HESITATE. It is life changing. Dr. Wray goes through each result in detail, explaining it in a way that is easy to understand thus, giving you a wonderful, overall picture of your health. She provides so much more information and insight than a traditional blood work-up. It’s a wonder all doctors don’t provide this service. Targeting my supplements to what my body needs, as opposed to taking a general, overall multivitamin and random individual supplements has made all the difference in my energy level and overall well being. It’s comforting to know that I am taking only what my body needs. Thank you Dr. Wray for providing your patients great, overall health care. You definitely go above and beyond!

I first noticed an irregular heartbeat early in 2011. I couldn't feel it in my chest, but when I checked my pulse, there it was. Two slow beats, a slight pause, then a fast beat. It was consistently inconsistent. An ultrasound showed no abnormality. In 2016, I started taking 300 mg of Designs for Health Magnesium Buffered Chelate at Dr Wray's suggestion, hoping it would help my tight neck and shoulder muscles. I didn't see any change there, but I did experience the most regular bowels I've ever had. That benefit alone was worth continuing with the magnesium. In late 2016, I took a SpectraCell blood test checking functional levels of micronutrients, minerals, and antioxidants in my blood and added manganese and several other supplements I was deficient in to my protocol. A few months later, I noticed a more unexpected benefit. My heartbeat had become regular and has continued to be regular for several years now. I am so thrilled to have found a simple solution for my irregular heartbeat and love knowing I am taking the right supplements for my individual needs.

I was referred to Dr Wray and consulted her several years ago for gluteal pain referring into my leg. After one chiropractic treatment, my pain was dramatically improved going from 7 -8/10 down to .2 -.8/10. Dr Wray then recommended I have my micronutrients tested through SpectraCell Labs and this testing revealed low levels of B vitamins along with several other deficiencies. She put me on a supplement protocol to replete my deficiencies and recommend dietary changes as well. Several months later, I ran out of the B-Activ (Xymogen) and picked up a B complex at the pharmacy, but found out the beneficial effects of increased energy and vitality were no longer apparent, so I returned to her office to get the profession brand she recommended. I have to say, I feel great - no way I feel 70 years old! I'm having a great summer, playing with my kids and granddaughters. Doesn't get better than that!

I want to express my deepest gratitude for the good care I received at your office yesterday. It was better than that actually… for the first time in over a decade I could walk and sit without thinking “ouch, ouch, ouch”! I experienced dramatic improvement immediately after the first adjustment, noticing nearly complete relief of pain in my hip as I walked out the door. Then, after the trigger point therapy massage from John Keating, my hip was feeling even better! I slept soundly for the first time in ages and now I am having minimal pain. It is almost unbelievable to me! I sound a little like I’m in a commercial right now, but I truly could be... and be very convincing! I simply don’t have enough of the right words to express how grateful and impressed I am for your expertise!

Dr. Wray is honest, kind, and a firm believer of treating the whole person, a true practitioner of holistic medicine. I frequently refer to her as my “Honest Broker” of medical choices. When my shoulder was acting up, she examined me and determined by an orthopedic test that I very likely had a rotator cuff tear and confirmed this diagnosis by ordering an MRI. She then referred me to an orthopedic surgeon to have the tear repaired and my shoulder has felt great ever since. Dr. Wray is wise enough to fix the ones she can and refer me to the correct practitioner for the ones that she can’t fix and because of this she has earned my trust.

Thank you for persistently and gently continuing to suggest topical magnesium supplementation for me. I read the article you gave me and did some research on magnesium deficiency and became aware that I had many symptoms of magnesium deficiency, most of which I never mentioned because they seemed unrelated to chiropractic alignment.
I began using Ancient Minerals magnesium lotion liberally reasoning that if I have a deficiency why not use it generously to replete my deficiency. I applied it everywhere I felt tight and achy, including the lumbar region and the right side of the tailbone area that showed no sign of being out of alignment. I also used it on all the areas that cramp when I do yoga. My muscles felt better in only a couple of hours, and I found it was easier to walk around the house. . It looks like topical magnesium needs to become a daily thing for me, but I am going to try the spray oil next as the lotion is thick and difficult to apply and the spray oil is more economical.
You are the best doctor I've ever had. I am so grateful for everything you do for me. Thanks so much for all your help.

Your insights and experience were very incredibly helpful and we got so much value from your talk. The information you provided on Vitamin D and other natural immune boosters was immensely useful to the group (especially at this time of year!), which was obvious by all of their questions and interest. I am sure you have changed some of our habits for the better! I am sure we will all take your lessons with us and try to follow your advice. [Read More.]

“Miracle Worker” – that is what Dr. Wray is to me. I have put myself in her capable hands for over 15 years, and she has helped me overcome a variety of back, neck, hip, knee and other aches and pains that have appeared as my body ages. Her mastery of the Activator Method – perhaps the most precise and least invasive chiropractic treatment there is – is marvelous. Her use of therapeutic myotherapy to sooth inflamed areas and encourage muscles to quit wreaking havoc on the skeleton reveals an uncanny understanding of the whole body. Her other therapies, specifically phototherapy, are surprisingly effective. Dr. Wray is not just a chiropractor – she is a healer of the finest caliber. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I am writing to thank you for recommending and skillfully applying the laser treatment to treat my hip pain. The pain had persisted for more than a year, defying traditional chiropractic and ACT treatments, but within a few weeks of starting the laser treatments, the pain eased and then went away entirely after about 6-8 treatments (as I recall). I have been pain free for about four months now. As I understand it, the laser reaches into a deep cellular level to stimulate tissue repair and healing. That was certainly the case for me. Thank you so much.

I herniated a disc in my neck and went to see Dr. Wray about treatment for pain after being advised by two neurosurgeons that I should have a cervical fusion. She recommended a course of cold laser therapy, which I was very skeptical about at first, but willing to try. I was willing to try anything except surgery. There was such a noticeable reduction in pain after one, then two, then each subsequent session, to the point where I am once again leading a mostly-normal life without constant pain. I am now five months post-injury and while I have to be careful, I can do almost everything I did pre-injury, including running and exercise. I would highly recommend trying this option for anyone who is otherwise considering surgery, particularly if (like me) you aren’t experiencing a motor signal deficit in the affected nerves.

Dr. Julia Wray is an extraordinary individual and a gifted healer. Her approach to chiropractic care is holistic, complete, thoughtful and filled with insight. I have been going to Dr. Wray for years and when I walk into her office in pain, after receiving her magic touch, I leave pain free. When my husband was experiencing neck pain, I sent him to Dr. Wray and she was able to help him too. We are both extremely grateful to have Dr. Wray for our chiropractor and always recommend her highly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wray’s for almost a year and began going to her so that we could work on lowering my blood pressure. I recommend her highly! Her knowledge of chiropractic practices and other healing modalities is phenomenal. She integrates that knowledge to work with you in such a way that encourages you to take an active part in your healing process. I encourage you to give her a try – I believe you will experience immense healing on many levels.

I have been seeing Dr Julia Wray for chiropractic care on and off since 2008, and after mentioning to her a list of symptoms that were seemingly random to me, she suggested they may be a result of delayed onset food allergies. She suggested I take a blood test called ELISA to find out if I have any food or environmental allergies and explained that I would have to avoid my strongly reactive items for 6 months and my moderately reactive items for 3 months. Being completely frustrated with my symptoms at this point, I decided to go ahead with the test and am so happy I did. The rash I had been living with for over 4 years was completely gone within weeks of avoiding the foods and personal care products I reacted to. The continuous joint pain in my hands, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles has completely abated. My chronic headaches and sinus symptoms cleared up so I hardly ever need to use sinus spray anymore. My chronic tummy issues resolved and I no longer need to get up 2-3 times a night to visit the restroom. My gums had been bleeding every time I brushed my teeth and flossed and I had daily nose bleeds that have resolved. For nearly 20 years I had been on a daily suppressive dose of Valtrex for herpes. Without that daily dose, I had breakouts on a monthly basis at the very least. After getting my allergies under control (and therefore the overall inflammation in my body), I began testing whether I still need that daily dose. I DO NOT!!! Needless to say, I am thrilled with the results I got and would highly recommend this test to anyone challenged with chronic symptoms of inflammation that come from ongoing exposure to delayed onset allergens.
