While typical chiropractic appointments may only last 3 - 5 minutes, Dr. Wray devotes an hour or more to initial consultations with new patients and dedicates around 30 minutes per appointment for returning patients.

This extended duration allows her to engage in thorough discussions, investigations, and precise identification of each patient's unique misalignments. Dr. Wray's care philosophy surpasses chiropractic adjustments and myotherapy by incorporating postural guidance, therapeutic home exercises, and evidence-based nutritional counseling using the latest functional medicine techniques.

​Despite her appreciation for returning patients, Dr. Wray doesn't insist on committing to lengthy treatment plans with numerous follow-up visits.
