One of the best!
Dr. Wray is one of the best doctors I know.  She is a kind, caring and empathetic practitioner and she never rushes through her clients.  She takes the time needed for each person.  I would never trust another chiropractor after getting such wonderful care from her.

Extremely Pleased

Pain free
​I am writing to thank you for recommending and skillfully applying the laser treatment to treat my hip pain.  The pain had persisted for more than a year, defying traditional chiropractic and ACT treatments, but within a few weeks of starting the laser treatments, the pain eased and then went away entirely after about 6-8 treatments (as I recall).  I have been pain free for about four months now.  As I understand it, the laser reaches into a deep cellular level to stimulate tissue repair and  healing.  That was certainly the case for me.  Thank you so much.

A true practitioner of holistic care
Dr. Wray is honest, kind, and a firm believer of treating the whole person, a true practitioner of holistic medicine.  I frequently refer to her as my “Honest Broker” of medical choices. When my shoulder was acting up, she examined me and determined by an orthopedic test that I very likely had a rotator cuff tear and confirmed this diagnosis by ordering an MRI. She then referred me to an orthopedic surgeon to have the tear repaired and my shoulder has felt great ever since. Dr. Wray is wise enough to fix the ones she can and refer me to the correct practitioner for the ones that she can’t fix and because of this she has earned my trust.

You are the best doctor I've ever had
​Thank you for persistently and gently continuing to suggest topical magnesium supplementation for me.  I read the article you gave me and did some research on magnesium deficiency and became aware that I had many symptoms of magnesium deficiency, most of which I never mentioned because they seemed unrelated to chiropractic alignment. I began using Ancient Minerals magnesium lotion.  I applied it everywhere I felt tight and achy. I also used it on all the areas that cramp when I do yoga. After one treatment, my pain dramatically improved
I was referred to Dr Wray and consulted her several years ago for gluteal pain referring to my leg.   After one chiropractic treatment, my pain was dramatically improved going from 7 -8/10 down to .2 -.8/10.  Dr Wray then recommended I have my micronutrients tested through SpectraCell Labs and this testing revealed low levels of B vitamins along with several other deficiencies.  She put me on a supplement protocol to replete my deficiencies and recommend dietary changes as well.  I have to say, I feel great - no way I feel 70 years old!  I'm having a great summer, playing with my kids and granddaughters.  Doesn't get better than that!

Sick-free winter!

Found a simple solution!
I first noticed an irregular heartbeat early in 2011. I couldn't feel it in my chest, but when I checked my pulse, there it was.  An ultrasound showed no abnormality.  In 2016, I started taking 300 mg of  Designs for Health Magnesium Buffered Chelate at Dr Wray's suggestion, hoping it would help my tight neck and shoulder muscles.  I didn't see any change there, but I did experience the most regular bowels I've ever had.  That benefit alone was worth continuing with the magnesium.  In late 2016, I took a micronutrient blood test checking functional levels of micronutrients, minerals, and antioxidants in my blood and added manganese and several other supplements I was deficient in to my protocol.  A few months later, I noticed a more unexpected benefit.  My heartbeat had become regular and has continued to be regular for several years now.  I am so thrilled to have found a simple solution for my irregular heartbeat and love knowing I am taking the right supplements for my individual needs.

Dramatic improvement after first adjustment!

Cold Laser Therapy prevented surgery
I herniated a disc in my neck and went to see Dr. Wray about treatment for pain after being advised by two neurosurgeons that I should have a cervical fusion. She recommended a course of cold laser therapy, which I was very skeptical about at first, but willing to try. I was willing to try anything except surgery. There was such a noticeable reduction in pain after one, then two, then each subsequent session, to the point where I am once again leading a mostly-normal life without constant pain. I am now five months post-injury and while I have to be careful, I can do almost everything I did pre-injury, including running and exercise. I would highly recommend trying this option for anyone who is otherwise considering surgery, particularly if (like me) you aren’t experiencing a motor signal deficit in the affected nerves.

Chronic symptoms of inflammation gone!
I have been seeing Dr Julia Wray for chiropractic care on and off since 2008, and after mentioning to her a list of symptoms that were seemingly random to me, she suggested they may be a result of delayed onset food allergies.  She suggested I take a blood test called ELISA to find out if I have any food or environmental allergies and explained that I would have to avoid my strongly reactive items for 6 months and my moderately reactive items for 3 months.  Being completely frustrated with my symptoms at this point, I decided to go ahead with the test and am so happy I did.  The rash I had been living with for over 4 years was completely gone within weeks of avoiding the foods and personal care products I reacted to.  The continuous joint pain in my hands, elbows, hips, knees, and ankles has completely abated.  My chronic headaches and sinus symptoms cleared up so I hardly ever need to use sinus spray anymore.  My chronic tummy issues resolved and I no longer need to get up 2-3 times a night to visit the restroom.  My gums had been bleeding every time I brushed my teeth and flossed and I had daily nose bleeds that have resolved.  For nearly 20 years I had been on a daily suppressive dose of Valtrex for herpes.  Without that daily dose, I had breakouts on a monthly basis at the very least.  After getting my allergies under control (and therefore the overall inflammation in my body), I began testing whether I still need that daily dose.  I DO NOT!!!  Needless to say, I am thrilled with the results I got and would highly recommend this test to anyone challenged with chronic symptoms of inflammation that come from ongoing exposure to delayed onset allergens.
