Basic Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, crushed 6 tablespoons olive oil In a small bowl, make a paste of the vinegar, mustard and garlic. Begin whisking in the oil in a slow, steady stream until the dressing is emulsified. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Comments are closed.
